CACTUS JUNGLE
This was our last stop today. We picked up an Aloe Plicatilis which we’ve affectionately renamed “the Dalai Lama”. While we were there, the shopkeeper (owner?) told us about this huge cactus plant that was 65 years old that they rescued from a home that the city was going to bulldoze because the owner had died and they didn’t know what else to do with the plants. It was a huge cactus plant and they were selling it for $3,200. Pretty nuts. I sort of want to get a small version and see it grow to that size in 65 years! And then sell it for $3,200! Haha just kidding about the selling part. I’m not heartless.
